Westminster Neighborhood Services will be hosting their annual Back to School Bash on Saturday, July 29 at Westminster from 9:30AM–2:30PM. We have the opportunity to come alongside and help provide school supplies, backpacks, uniforms and more for students on the near eastside of Indy whose families are unable to afford them. In addition to distributing school supplies, volunteers will help serve a cookout lunch to those from the neighborhood who attend.
This year, registration will be through Westminster’s platform, Civic Champs. This will allow Westminster to have all volunteers sign their waivers. You will need to create an account through Civic Chimps to sign up to serve. Children six and older are welcome to serve alongside their family and do not need to be signed up. Those who are 18 and older will sign up through the Civic Champs link by clicking “Sign Up” above.
