Leadership Training

There is no silver bullet for equipping leaders in all of the different facets of ministry and group dynamics. Instead, we provide training that is anchored in God’s Word, accessible across multiple platforms and opportunities for leaders to come alongside one another for prayer and encouragement. Unless you have a prior commitment, we expect you to make all training opportunities a priority so you can develop as a leader.

The purpose of this gathering is to strengthen and encourage leaders through relationships, prayer and coaching.

ROUND TABLES | AS NEEDED

The purpose of these round tables is to engage leaders on specific topics that are relevant to their small group. At key times throughout the year, specific leaders are invited to a round table discussion with other ministry leaders.
