My son was supposed to leave for basic training for the National Guard on the 17th, but days before, he found out that he was not cleared medically to leave. We have an appointment February 20 with a general surgeon to see what the next steps are.
Please pray that he does not need surgery again and this is not a long delay. While my mama heart is happy he is still at home, he has worked hard to prepare for basic.
Please also pray that God will use this time to further work on his heart and bring him closer to the Lord.
