UPDATE: My dad is still waiting to know when he should have surgery to remove the tumor that is inside his spinal cord. My grandma fell last week and was in the hospital. They have released my grandparents to my parents to live with them in Danville for a while before moving to assisted living. But last night, my mom had to be taken to the hospital. She’s not out of the woods yet, but we are praising the Lord as we rule out some of the big things. Pray for clarity, peace and rest in the Lord.

UPDATE: My brother’s meeting went well. He is asking for wisdom and discernment about how to keep their program’s mission and values central while considering possibilities to practice flexibility moving forward.

After a year of diligent work, despite setbacks, my brother is in conversation with a potential host partner for the Christian gap year program he’s trying to launch. They’re meeting the last week of May. Pray for wisdom and provision, and that God’s name would be made great in the crucial as well as the minute details.

Please pray for me. This is one of the most difficult seasons of my life. I’ve been facing serious health concerns involving my right kidney and my colon, and the uncertainty has been overwhelming. I’m waiting to learn what the next steps will be and would appreciate your prayers.

I am two weeks post-op from having a major double mastectomy due to breast cancer. I had to have an unplanned surgery today due to some tissue not healing properly and the risk of infection. My surgery went well. Please pray for continued healing and recovery.

My husband Robert is having surgery on May 20th to remove some screws from previous procedures. Please pray that God will guide the surgeon’s hands during the surgery and that I will have peace while I wait. Also, pray that the surgery will relieve the pain that he’s been experiencing and that infection will stay away.

This last Friday, May 8, I had my right eye surgery to remove a cataract. Please pray that it was successful and for my recovery.

PRAISE! The donation to our student ministry that cut the Student Life Summer Camp cost down significantly is such a blessing. I cannot thank our brother and/or sister in Christ enough who did that for our children and our families! Praise God, and thank you!

UPDATE: My dad is home from the hospital. After many scans, blood work and a spinal tap, the doctors believe he has a “rare and random” tumor inside his spinal column. It will need to be removed as it is causing loss of feeling in his abdomen and legs. He has a consultation in about a week to decide on the plan. Meanwhile, he is home and trying to function as normally as possible. Thank you for your continued prayers. We are praising the Lord for no cancer! Please continue to pray for patience and peace.

My dad, Mark, has been admitted to the hospital after an MRI found a tumor inside his spinal cord. The doctors will be doing some more tests in the coming days to determine more details. Please pray that it is benign, pray for wisdom for the doctors. And pray that my parents and the rest of our family will continue to put our hope in the Lord and his providence.

I was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer at the end of March. I am having my cancer-removing surgery on 5/7/26. The Lord is good, and we detected this early. At this point, there is no spreading of the cancer cells. Please pray for quick healing and recovery. Also, please pray for peace through it all. God is in this story, and He is still writing it.

My sister was diagnosed with breast cancer. Please pray for discernment for her as she makes decisions on her treatment plan. Please also pray for healing and strength to get through the road ahead.

Our family is praying that Jesus will bring life where there has been illness, broken relationships, confusion, and anxiety. We believe Jesus will meet us with life-giving friendship, purpose, and healing, and yet we need help with our unbelief.

Please pray for our high school seniors as they finish up their last semester of school. As their finals approach, pray for their endurance. Pray that they would shine brightly for Jesus Christ in the various schools and activities that they are a part of. And pray for peace and wisdom for our students and their parents as they navigate the changes ahead of them.

Please pray for my Aunt Holly. She had knee surgery, and following her surgery, she had a severe infection. It entered her bloodstream, and she was in the hospital. She is now at home recovering with home health care. Please pray that she continues to heal and recover.

Please pray for my father-in-law. My father-in-law had what we believe was an encounter with God that we pray has opened his eyes to his need for a Savior. He battles many things, but this appears to have awakened him to the reality of his current state of eternal separation from God apart from Christ. Please join us in prayer for his salvation. He is willing and receptive, and right now, he needs a faith community praying for him.

Please pray for my nephew Andrew and his 3 children as they navigate life after the loss of his wife. She had been bedridden for 2+ years before her passing. Their youngest daughter doesn’t remember a time when her mother was well. We rejoice that she was a follower of Jesus and is now with Him, and yet we ask for prayer for her upcoming memorial service. There has been a lot of strife with her family. Please pray that God will reach their hearts and bring about reconciliation.

I’m asking for prayer in a season of long-term health issues that have recently worsened. It’s been very difficult physically, mentally and spiritually. Please pray for healing if it’s God’s will. Pray also for peace, endurance and trust in Him even in the midst of this. I’ve been struggling with feeling distant from God and desire renewed closeness with Him.

God has been challenging me to live for Him, to have my eyes focused on the eternal things and to be intentional about how I can serve others and not myself. Practically, I have been asked to consider a new role, and I need clear direction on how to move forward. Will you please pray that God would give me wisdom?

My little sister, Leah, will be having a liver biopsy on March 31. She was born with several congenital heart defects. We have many surgeries and procedures to come, all anticipated, but difficult nonetheless. I’m asking the church to please pray hard for a few things:
1. My sister, Leah. Pray for courage, peace and strength.
2. My Mom and Dad. Pray for wisdom as they make decisions and have hard conversations.
3. Me and my family. Pray that we can provide support, while also caring for our family and kids.

Please pray for me. I’m feeling overwhelmed, anxious and ashamed. I try to keep to myself because it feels like the hole that I dug in life is getting deeper. I fear people don’t want to be burdened by me. I feel like I’m drowning in life’s pain.

Please pray that my search for work will soon provide a job. Please pray that the Lord would give me comfort and peace about my finances.

Please pray for my parents to know Jesus and submit to Him and to each other in love. Pray that they would get back to Christian fellowship, and also for clarity regarding a specific situation with my dad. Please pray also that my husband and I would have wisdom and seek the Lord’s guidance and love in all things, but especially regarding my parents, an upcoming season of potentially being school board members and in parenting our kids.

Please pray for me to regain the energy I once had.

Please pray for me and my family as we say goodbye to my mother, Joyce. She is in hospice and will be going home to be in the Lord’s presence soon.

Please pray for my sister Teresa. She broke her femur and her humorous bone and she will be having surgery. She is diabetic has heart disease and some stents so I’m praying that this will go well.

Please pray that God would deliver me from worry and take care of everything that has been weighing on my mind (especially some things that are happening this week). Please also pray that God would protect and help my family members.

Please pray for the Lord to completely heal me, give me energy and joy.

April has been in hospital since Friday (2/20). They are working to identify the source of some harsh abdominal pain. We are waiting the results of an MRI today. Please pray for healing and for a clear answer for treatment.

Praise update from my November request: I got a job and I start on 3/2! Praying that it’s the right fit!
