Adult Discipleship Pastor
The Adult Discipleship Pastor will provide pastoral leadership for RBC’s adult discipleship ministry, including Radiant Groups, group leaders and coaches, and will help develop future ministries such as specialty groups, adult classes, Bible studies and conferences. He will oversee these discipleship environments while developing and supporting the leaders who help adults grow through Scripture in biblical community. In close partnership with the Soul Care Pastor, he will equip group leaders to recognize when general discipleship may need to be supplemented by more focused pastoral care, specialty group, biblical counseling or other soul care support. Through training, coaching and support for group leaders, coaches and other ministry leaders, he will help cultivate a culture in which believers grow in their walk with Christ, practice the biblical “one anothers” and increasingly become equipped to disciple and care for each other.
Soul Care Pastor
The Soul Care Pastor will provide pastoral leadership for RBC’s biblical counseling ministry, including the Soul Care Team, Hope Group, crisis counseling and related care pathways. He will maintain an appropriate counseling load while focusing primarily on equipping others to provide wise, compassionate, foundationally scriptural care. Through training, coaching and support for pastors, staff, counselors, group leaders and other ministry leaders, he will help cultivate a culture in which the whole church body participates in caring for one another.
